At Lemoria, we print and ship your personalized books using high-quality materials and reliable shipping partners. We ship internationally to bring your stories to life wherever you are.

Processing Time

Once you place your order, here's what happens:

• Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after ordering
• Production Start: Printing typically begins within 1-2 business days
• Printing & Binding: 3-5 business days to print and bind your book
• Quality Check: Each book is inspected before shipping
• Shipment: Your book is packed and shipped within 5-7 business days total

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Within Origin Country)

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after production
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after production (additional cost)

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:

• Europe: 7-14 business days
• North America: 10-21 business days
• Asia Pacific: 10-21 business days
• Rest of World: 15-30 business days

International delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Destination country and region
• Book specifications (size, binding type, page count)
• Shipping method selected
• Number of books ordered

Multiple Book Discount: Ordering multiple copies to the same address? You'll save on shipping costs.

Order Tracking

Stay updated on your order:

• Tracking Number: Provided via email once your book ships
• Order Status: Check your order status anytime in your account dashboard
• Email Updates: Receive notifications when your order status changes
• Delivery Confirmation: Signature may be required for high-value orders

Shipping Address

Important: Please provide accurate shipping information

• Double-check your shipping address before completing your order
• We cannot redirect shipments once they're dispatched
• Address changes must be requested immediately after ordering (within 1 hour)
• Incorrect addresses may result in delayed or undelivered orders
• We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you

International Orders & Customs

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments:

• Your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees
• These charges are the buyer's responsibility
• Customs processing may delay delivery
• We declare the actual value of goods for customs
• Contact your local customs office for information about potential charges

Restricted Countries

Due to shipping restrictions, we may not be able to ship to certain locations. If your country is not available at checkout, unfortunately we cannot fulfill your order at this time.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package:

1. Check with neighbors or building management
2. Verify the shipping address on your order
3. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes marked as delivered early)
4. Contact us at support@lemoria.co if still not received

We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate. For confirmed lost packages, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Damaged in Transit

If your book arrives damaged:

• Take photos of the damage and packaging
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you

Delivery Delays

While rare, delays can occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Customs processing (international orders)
• Carrier delays or disruptions
• Peak shipping periods (holidays)

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we'll investigate.

Order Cancellation & Changes

• Before Production: Orders can be cancelled or modified if production hasn't started (usually within 1-2 business days)
• After Production Begins: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified
• To Request Cancellation: Email support@lemoria.co immediately with your order number

Multiple Copies & Bulk Orders

Ordering multiple copies for gifts, events, or bulk distribution?

• Enjoy shipping discounts on multiple copies to the same address
• For bulk orders (10+ copies), contact us for special pricing and shipping options
• All copies in an order ship together unless otherwise specified

Sustainability

We're committed to sustainable shipping practices:

• Books are printed locally whenever possible to reduce shipping distance
• We use recyclable packaging materials
• Print-on-demand means no excess inventory or waste
• Carbon-neutral shipping options available at checkout (where available)
