At Lemoria, we print and ship your personalized books using high-quality materials and reliable shipping partners. We ship internationally to bring your stories to life wherever you are.

Processing & Delivery Time

Once you place your order:

• Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after ordering
• Production & Delivery: Typically takes 8-15 business days total
• Quality Check: Each book is inspected before shipping

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Method

We offer standard mail shipping for all orders. Delivery times typically range from 8-15 business days, though international deliveries may vary based on customs processing and local postal services.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide.

• Some countries may not be available due to shipping restrictions

If your country is not available at checkout, unfortunately we cannot fulfill your order at this time.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to 56 countries including all EU countries, UK, US, Canada, Australia, and more.

We currently don't ship to:

• Russia
• China (mainland), Hong Kong, Taiwan
• Iran, Cuba, Venezuela
• Most of Africa (except South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Morocco, Egypt)
• Pakistan, Bangladesh
• Some other regions

If your country isn't available at checkout, we don't currently support shipping there. These restrictions are based on our print partner's shipping network and international shipping regulations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Destination country and region
• Book specifications (size, binding type, page count)
• Number of books ordered

Multiple Book Discount: Ordering multiple copies to the same address? You'll save on shipping costs.

Order Tracking

Stay updated on your order:

• Tracking Number: Provided via email once your book ships
• Order Status: Check your order status anytime in your account dashboard
• Email Updates: Receive notifications when your order status changes

Shipping Address

Important: Please provide accurate shipping information

• Double-check your shipping address before completing your order
• We cannot redirect shipments once they're dispatched
• Incorrect addresses may result in delayed or undelivered orders
• We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you

International Orders: Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments:

• Your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees
• These charges are the buyer's responsibility
• Customs processing may delay delivery
• We declare the actual value of goods for customs
• Contact your local customs office for information about potential charges

Delivery Issues

Damaged in Transit

If your book arrives damaged:

• Take photos of the damage and packaging
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@lemoria.co
• We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you

Delivery Delays

Delays can occur due to:

• Customs processing (international orders)
• Carrier delays or disruptions
• Peak shipping periods (holidays)
• Weather conditions

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, contact us at help@lemoria.co and we'll investigate.

Lost Packages

If you haven't received your package, please contact us at help@lemoria.co with your order number and we'll investigate with the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed as all books are custom-made to your specifications. Please review your book carefully before ordering.

Ordering multiple copies?

• Shipping discounts may apply when ordering multiple copies to the same address
• All copies in an order ship together
