At Lemoria, we take pride in the quality of our printed books. Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of our products, we offer refunds only in case of defective materials or printing errors.

Eligible for Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund or replacement if your book has:

  • Manufacturing defects: Damaged binding, torn pages, or structural issues
  • Printing errors: Blurred text, missing pages, or significant color discrepancies (not caused by uploaded images)
  • Material defects: Poor quality paper or cover materials that don't meet our standards
  • Wrong product: If you received a completely different book than ordered
  • Shipping damage: Books damaged during transit (must be reported within 7 days of delivery)

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Content dissatisfaction: Dissatisfaction with the AI-generated content or your written content
  • Design choices: Regret over layout, formatting, or design decisions you made
  • Image quality: Poor quality of uploaded photos or images
  • Change of mind: Simply changing your mind after ordering
  • User error: Typos, spelling mistakes, or errors in content you approved
  • Customization preferences: Wishing you had chosen different options

Important: Please carefully review your book content, images, and design before placing your order. You have full control to edit and preview your book before ordering.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your book qualifies for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your book

  2. Provide your order number
    Found in your order confirmation email
  3. Describe the issue
    Explain the defect or problem in detail
  4. Include photos
    Send clear photos showing the defect or issue

Our customer service team will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond with next steps.

Refund Options

If your refund request is approved, you may choose:

  • Full refund: Return to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Replacement book: We'll print and ship a new book at no additional cost
  • Store credit: Receive credits to create another book in the future

Return Shipping

For defective products:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • You are not responsible for return shipping costs
  • Please package the book securely to prevent further damage during return

Order Cancellations

Before Production Begins:

  • You may cancel your order for a full refund if production has not yet started
  • Contact us immediately at support@lemoria.co
  • Production typically begins within 1-2 business days of ordering

After Production Begins:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
  • Refunds only available for defective products (as outlined above)

Processing Time

  • Refund approval: 2-3 business days after receiving your request and photos
  • Refund processing: 5-10 business days to appear in your account
  • Replacement orders: Shipped within 5-7 business days of approval

Quality Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our printing and materials. If you receive a defective book, we will make it right. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with the physical product quality, and we carefully inspect each book before shipping.

Credits and Digital Products

  • Unused credits: Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law
  • Digital previews: Not eligible for refunds (these are free)
  • Subscription services: If applicable, see separate cancellation terms

International Orders

The same refund policy applies to international orders. Return shipping labels and refund processing may take slightly longer due to international logistics.
